The SBA now offers the option of filing your disaster home and business loan applications
electronically through our web site at www.sba.gov.
You will need the following information available to fully complete the on-line application:
Home Applications
• Contact information for all applicants (current and alternate telephone numbers)
• Identity information for all applicants (Social Security Number/FEMA registration
number)
• Deed or lease information, if applicable
• Insurance information -- (if applicable include the insurance company, address and
policy number for any policy that may cover your loss)
• Financial information (income, creditor names, monthly payments and balances)
Business Applications
• Contact information for all applicants (current and alternate telephone numbers)
• Identity information for applicant(s) and all owner(s) (Social Security Number/
Employer Identification Number (EIN)/FEMA registration number)
• Insurance information -- (if applicable include the insurance company, address and
policy number for any policy that may cover your loss)

• The name and EIN for all businesses with common ownership or management
If you complete the online application, it is not necessary to submit the attached
paper loan application package. However, please do not discard the attached loan
application packet until your application is accepted and you are contacted by an SBA
representative. If you choose to apply electronically, you may be required to send
additional documents.
