Justification for a Non-substantive Change to 0583-0094
FSIS is requesting a non-substantive change to the 0583-0094 information collection because it is eliminating two forms 9060-6 and 9540-1, and their associated burden hours of 125,000 and 29,062.5 for a total of 154,063 burden hours. These two forms and their burdens have been incorporated into the PHIS information collection 0583-0153.
