ABOUT THIS QUESTIONNAIRE
The Department of Defense needs information about ASVAB test preparation to adequately assess the benefit of
ASVAB test preparation on ASVAB test scores. During the course of this study all military applicants are being
asked to take the ASVAB Preparation Questionnaire. Your responses will be kept private (your name and social
security number are only used to match your test preparation survey answers with your ASVAB results). Only group
statistics will be reported, and no data identifying specific individuals will be released to anyone. Your responses
will not affect your ASVAB scores or your eligibility for military service or specific military occupations.
If you have concerns about your rights as a research participant, the purpose of this survey or how privacy will be
