Under 18 U.S.C. The Firearms & Explosives Services Division (FESD) of ATF requests firearms and explosives dealers to complete an anonymous survey that would allow FESD to gauge customer satisfaction and correct potential deficiencies. FESD provides dealer licensing and other services related to the importation and transfers of weapons within the firearms and explosives industry. This Internal audits have demonstrated the need for a division level survey to enhance greater customer satisfaction.
