Abstract: The provisions of this subpart apply to each municipal solid waste landfill that commenced construction, reconstruction or modification on or after May 30, 1991. Owners or operators of subpart WWW landfills are required to comply with reporting and record keeping requirements, and maintain records of specific information needed by EPA to determine if compliance has been achieved.
