At the request of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) is preparing a report on the U.S. remanufactured goods industries, markets, and trade. Your firm was identified as a participant in the U.S. market for remanufactured goods.
In the next few days you will receive a letter requesting that your firm complete a mandatory questionnaire related to this fact-finding investigation (USITC Investigation No. 332-525, Remanufactured Goods: An Overview of the U.S. and Global Industries, Markets, and Trade). All individual responses will be kept strictly confidential.
