Supplemental Note on Uploaded Public Comment:
Semi-annual Progress Report for Grants to Encourage Arrest Policies and Enforcement of Protection Orders Program
In connection with the submission of the Information Collection Request for the Semi-annual Progress Report for Grants to Encourage Arrest Policies and Enforcement of Protection Orders Program (1122-0006), OVW staff inadvertently referenced a comment made on the Semi-annual Progress Report for Rural Domestic Violence and Child Victimization Enforcement Grant Program (1122-0013). OVW did not OVW did not receive any comments in connection with the Federal Register Notices in connection with the request for an extension without revision for the the Semi-annual Progress Report for Grants to Encourage Arrest Policies and Enforcement of Protection Orders Program (1122-0006). OVW staff were not able to remove the erroneous reference to receipt of a comment on ROCIS.
