What is this collection about?

This information collection requires aircraft operators, private charter operators, and twelve-five charter operators to adopt and implement a security program.

Where do I find the requirements for this information?

Title 49 CFR, § 1544.101; § 1544.103;

When must information be submitted to the TSA?

Information must be submitted to TSA before an aircraft operator, private charter operator, and twelve-five charter operator at least 90 days before the intended date of passenger operations.

How is the information submitted?

The information must be submitted in accordance with the regulations. Aircraft Operators, private charter operators, and twelve-five charter operators must submit the information to their designated official.

What happens when complete information is received?

Once the security program is adopted and implemented, TSA will determine compliance with the program requirements through routine onsite inspections, assessments, and tests.
