Thank you in advance for providing input for the National Animal Health Monitoring System (NAHMS) study of the U.S. 
Dairy Industry in 2014. To most effectively meet the needs of the dairy industry and its allied groups we are requesting 
input to assist in establishing the study’s objectives. The study will be conducted from January through September 2014.

information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The OMB control number for this information collection is 0579-XXXX. The time required
to complete this information collection is estimated to average .25 hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing
data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
