Justification of a Nonmaterial Change

The Medicaid Drug Rebate Program - Manufacturers and Supporting Regulation at 42 CFR 447.534 was approved by OMB on November 5, 2010 under OCN 0938-0578 through November 30, 2013. The purpose of this justification is to seek OMB review/approval of a nonmaterial change that corrects a typographical error regarding the cost to respondents. The 2010 Supporting Statement provided the correct cost, but the cost was incorrectly entered in Form 83 part II.
In this regard:
The correct Requested cost should read: $8,240,640
The correct cost under Adjustment in OPDIV Estimate should read: 0
The correct cost under OPDIV Discretion should read: $1,857,040
