SUBJECT : Request for OMB Approval of the Package for the Child Care Access
Means Parents in School Program Annual Performance Report Form (OMB 1840-0763)
We are submitting the package for the Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program (CCAMPIS) annual performance report form (APR) (OMB 1840-0763) for clearance. The Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), which amends and reauthorizes the Higher Education Act of 1965, requires annual collection of CCAMPIS data. The current CCAMPIS APR form expires on March 31, 2012.
Revisions to the current APR have been made in an effort to improve aggregate data collections so that the information collected more specifically addresses enrollment, persistence, graduation and program results of student-parents whose children are served by CCAMPIS.
