Project Grant # and Title: DE-FG97ER-1099: Multi-Modality Nuclear Spectroscopy

Dear [Small Business Official Name inserted here]:

We would like to request your assistance in updating the information associated with the commercialization outcomes of your past Phase II awards from the DOE SBIR and STTR programs.

Why does DOE collect this data?

The information we seek from you is used to improve the administration of both the SBIR and STTR programs and to assess their benefits. Congress is particularly interested in the economic impact of the SBIR and STTR programs. For example: more than 800 DOE SBIR/STTR Phase II small business awardees have successfully commercialized almost 2,500 products, amounting to over $2.4 Billion in total sales.

Will my information be treated as confidential?

All survey responses are treated confidentially and none of the data are provided to anyone outside of the federal SBIR/STTR programs. And publicly reported program data is used in the aggregate, with no company-specific identifiers, including sensitive, proprietary, or financial data.

How do I update my information?

Please provide the information via our secure, web-based application, where you will provide your responses directly into a secure DOE SBIR/STTR network. Please click on the following link to access the DOE SBIR/STTR Commercialization Survey at [insert commercial survey link here] using the following email-based access codes:
