This collection requires contractor
registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database
prior to award of any contract basic agreement, basic ordering
agreement, or blanket purchase agreement. The burden analysis takes
into account the burden required for current registrants to keep
the information current, complete and accurate and the burden
required for new registrants.
The increase in the annual
reporting burden is due to a change in the reporting size of the
Federal Government vendor base in the Central Contractor
Registration (CCR) from Fiscal Year 2004. There is also an upward
adjustment to the estimated hours per response in consideration of
the public comment. The estimated costs are increased due to an
adjustment to average wage rates.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
