Thank you for your kind words and support in the recent email to our NASS Clearance Officer concerning the Cotton Ginning Survey. We appreciate the assistance The National Cotton Ginners’ Association (NGCA) provides NASS in encouraging your member gins to participate in the biweekly survey and offering input on the type of data needs for the ever changing ginning landscape.
NGCA requested that we provide the preliminary number of gins by state as early as possible. We will review that request and let you know if we can add that data series to our March Cotton Ginnings Report.
