The National Center for Health Statistics

is looking for persons aged 18 or over to answer a variety of health and quality of life questions. We would like to talk to you if you are currently employed and experience shoulder pain, low back pain, or carpal tunnel syndrome. The interview will be no longer than 60 minutes and participants will receive $40.
