Subject: pubilc comment on federal register FW: THIS IS NOT THE TIME FR TAXPAYERS WALLETS TO BE INVADED FOR THIS USELESS SURVEY

i do not believe american taxpayers support the spending of their tax dollars for this purpose at this time. let the states contiue to be responsible for the prison population. this is a wasteful use of american tax dollars. this is not a high priority item for the nation at this time. the spending at cdc is out of control and they need to be reined in on their spending and their high levels of personnel doing nothing all day long, yet getting a federal salary. cut back cdc by 25% right now. this is a corrections issue, not a cdc issue and cdc does power grabs all of the time. this is a power grab to grow and get more money for nothing. cut the funding for this to zero. cut the program. cut the employees in the program. make a priority list for cdc and then shrink this dept which has grown much too large. much much too large.
