File Format for Deployment Location Information for
Incremental Support


Carriers accepting Connect America Fund Phase I incremental support are required to deploy broadband to a specified number of locations, the number depending on how much of the carrier’s eligible funding it accepts. Carriers accepting funding are further required to identify the locations to which they will deploy, no later than one year after the date they accept funding. Carriers must provide the following information for each location, in electronic format. Specifically, carriers must submit a .csv file (comma separated values file) detailing, for each location to be deployed to in satisfaction of their deployment requirement, the information described below.
