Request: Non-substantive change/non-material change request.
The Commission recently received OMB approval for a revision of this information collection on 4/16/12.
When preparing the effective date notice it was discovered that we made an error on page three of the submitted supporting statement. On page 3 of the supporting statement, we incorrectly stated the following:
“The limited exceptions relate to certain competitive eligible telecommunications carriers serving remove parts of Alaska and a single Tribally-owned competitive eligible telecommunications carrier. For these carriers, the phasedown is delayed by five years.”
The correct delay of the phasedown date should be by two (2) years rather than by five years. This does not change or affect any other requirements or any other portion of the supporting statement. With this non-substantive change/non-material change request, we are simply correcting the description of the delay of the phasedown date. This is not an alteration of any regulatory or reporting requirements.
