The results from
this survey will only be representative of the survey respondents
and cannot be statistically generalized to all LEOs. Any reports
that contain results from this survey will clearly note these
limitations. EAC designed this survey to obtaining insights into
practices and problems in rural and urban districts with the
additional goals of identifying possible solutions and informing
efforts at providing guidance and technical assistance to
districts. EAC expects that the results from this survey will be
useful for these purposes.
