You are receiving this letter because we would like for you to complete a survey before you start the SAMO Youth
Employment program at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.
For your convenience we have an on-line version of the survey that you can access by copying and pasting the

survey. If you prefer a paper version of the survey, please contact Antonio Solorio SAMO Youth Employment

pre-addressed return envelope. It should take you about 20 minutes to complete the survey. We appreciate your
participation in this process. As participants in the program, your perspectives are important to us.
All information collected will be securely stored. Only researchers working with the study will review the data.
