Dear Teacher,
You are receiving this letter because we would like for you to complete a survey about your most recent field trip
and participation in the EcoHelpers program at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.
You may respond to the survey either online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QTTLWDK or on paper. If you
prefer a paper version of the survey, please contact Jack Gillooly, EcoHelpers program manager at (805)370-2312
or: [email protected] (e-mail); and one will be mailed to you with a pre-addressed return envelope.
It should take about 20 minutes to complete the survey. We will use the responses to improve our educational
programs.
All information collected will be securely stored. Only researchers working with the study will review the data.
This research is conducted under stringent university and U.S. government regulations governing the
collection of information.
