Each person applying for an FSA
Farm Loan completes the currently approved forms (referred to below
as "the standard application forms"). In this revision request, FPL
is adding a new streamlined form FSA-2314. This results in an
increase program change of 1,890 hours and 3,781 responses just for
the new streamlined form. Use of the new form will reduce responses
by -21,679 and burden by -8,161 hours on the other standard forms
in this collection. Therefore, the overall information collection
is decreased by -6,271 hours (327,162 minus 320,891) and -17,898
responses (685,441 minus 667,543).
