Revision of Form FV-222, used by the Raisin Administrative Committee
This change of worksheet addresses minor revisions to one form that is currently approved under OMB No. 0581-0178. These changes address administrative errors only, and would have no effect on the burden hours for this package. The revisions are explained below:
Form FV-222, Producer Nominee Questionnaire
Form FV-222 is used by the Raisin Administrative Committee (RAC) to select producer candidates to the RAC, and will be used in April 2011. During the previous round of revisions to the RAC forms in December 2010, a few administrative errors were inadvertently made on FV-222 that need to be fixed before the form can be used.
On the old form, the first and last paragraphs refer to public members. These paragraphs have been changed to reflect the correct references to producer members.
In addition, the paragraphs numbered 11 and 12 on the old form have been deleted as they were extraneous and the paragraphs from this point on were renumbered. The new form now has 13 numbered paragraphs, as opposed to 15 on the old form.
In the new paragraph 13 on the new form, the word “or” in line 2 has been changed to “of.”
Finally, on the old form, the last paragraph on page 1 has been deleted as extraneous. This paragraph referenced the member’s awareness that the member position on the RAC is non-salaried, and that travel may be required. The RAC believes this information to be unnecessary.
These changes will have no effect on the burden for this package. The burden correctly accounted for producer nominee respondents during the previous submission.
