Voicemail Invitation to State and Local WIC Administrators

“Hi, my name is [NAME] and I’m calling from the Altarum Institute.  We are one of the partners for a national study of WIC infant and Toddler feeding practices.  We recently sent you a letter with information about the study called “Feeding My Baby”, and I’m calling to invite you to join the study team in carrying out this important study and to answer your questions about the study.  Local WIC sites in your state (or your local WIC site(s) if calling local site) have been selected for the study and we look forward to working with you.  At your earliest convenience, please call me at [PHONE NUMBER] or email me at [EMAIL ADDRESS] to let me know of times when you are available to discuss the study and your state agency’s [LOCAL SITE’S] participation in the study.  We look forward to working with you and the [STATE NAME] WIC program on the Feeding My Baby study.”
