Subject: public comment on federal register FW: terrible waste of tax dollars from arra at the cdc

nobody in american has been helped by this massive out of control spending plan with ads placed. with the ad surfeit in america, certainly these ads will not be noticed. in addition, people dont have the money to buy newspapers or cable anymore, so who is going to see these ads. l out of 2 american live in poverty,put there by being bludgeoned for tax dollars to give to this brainless cdc mgt to spend in this ineffective stupidt way. this total ineffective spending of american tax dollars shoudl resultin firings at execs at the cdc, because this plan of spending is totally ineffective. tobacco issues are from l950 and spending on this issue is brainless and stpid. l out of 2 americans live in poverty these days. they have no money to buy cigarettes. the ad agencies made a huge pile of money on this useless spending program. this agency needs a 50% budget cut immediately becuas their mgt is throwing money around like a drunken sailor. this ad campaign does zero to modify environmental determinants of risk factors for chronic dieease. omb should deny more funds for any purpose by this agency. taxpayers are disgusted by this spending for nothing. this comment is for the public record. jean pbulic
