An instruction sheet was created for the collection instruments that did not require forms; security programs Submission, updates and amendments, reporting and record keeping requirements as well as for CHRCs.
The burden increase is due to the process of maintaining and updating aircraft operator security plans being recalculated to more accurately reflect the time and effort the respondents are expending in order to comply with the security program requirement. Also, the burden increased is based on the increase of the AOSSP aircraft operator population.
