Non-Sustantial Change Request for OMB Control No. 3060-1174
On August 8, 2012, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued a Notice of Action which concluded on the requirements contained under OMB control number 3060-1174. The Commission wanted to clarify that the proposed requirements contained in FCC 12-43 are not in effect. These requirements were adopted at the proposed rulemaking stage. The Commission will finalize the requirements at the final rulemaking stage and seek OMB final approval at that time.
