1. MRFASTC Index of Interdisciplinary Collaborations
Approximately 3 months ago, you completed an Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Module for FASDs. The purpose
of this followup is to evaluate your perceptions of an interprofessional team approach to healthcare.
