NAHMS Swine 2012 national study needs assessment survey

Thank you for providing input for the National Animal Health Monitoring System (NAHMS) study of the U.S. pork industry in 2012. Your opinion will be used to set the study objectives and help us effectively meet the needs of the pork industry and its allied groups. The form takes about 15 minutes to complete.



For each of the following lists, choose three items you would most like to see addressed in the Swine 2012 study and indicate which is your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd priority.
