TEST INSTRUMENT IDENTIFICATION
Provide a description of the equipment utilized (reverberation room, anechoic room, impedance
tube, sound source, microphones used, time-averaging instrumentation, calibration source) as
applicable, for the test methods for which accreditation is being requested. Include the frequency
range for each chamber for which accreditation is being sought.
