Justification for OMB approval of no material or nonsubstantive change to currently
approved information collection 1212-0013
PBGC is adjusting the hour burden for this information collection to correct a data-entry error in
the previous submission.
The hour burden for this information collection, as stated in the supporting statement
incorporated in the previous submission, is 5,400. By mistake, the number entered in the
automated table in ROCIS was 3,078, which is the number of hours contracted out (the basis for
the dollar burden). The public notice of the submission published in the Federal Register was
consistent with the supporting statement, specifying an hour burden of 5,400.
