Miscellaneous Actions
Due to an increase in the total number of applications NIFA received there is an adjustment increase of 1,320 responses and 2,376 burden hours. In this revised submission, the following minor changes were made to the Supplemental Information Form: 1) Question 6 was added to collect the organizations CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code to assist in the validation of the organizational identity.; and 2) what now becomes question 7, the HHS account code (which is no longer used) is replaced with the Automated Standard Application for Payments (ASAP) information. These changes have no effect on the per response time for this form. In addition the 1890 Cooperator form is being discontinued. This discontinuation results in a program decrease of 170 responses and 141 burden hours.
