There is an adjustment increase
of +2083 respondents and + 127,195 responses resulting in an
increase of +224,147 burden hours. The reason for this adjustment
is because APHIS did not previously record burden for signature
only documents. In this revised collection, APHIS recorded burden
associated with signature only documents for flock and post
exposure management and monitoring plans, the written agreement
certification, as well as recordkeeping associated with the
Plans.
