Ten medical records will be pulled from the files of 500 physicians/CHC providers who
participated in the NAMCS re-abstraction study. The average burden for these study
respondents is 1 minute for each form, which includes simply pulling and re-filing
the medical records. Each office submits forms on 10 patients, which makes the total
burden for each office approximately 10 minutes.
