Guidelines for Using Release Notes: Release 2.0, version 4.1 provides modifications to the Data
Submission Specifications for Utilizing HL7 Quality Reporting Document Architecture Based on HL7 CDA,
the Header Errors and Edits and the Body Errors and Edits. The Release Notes are provided as a
reference tool and are not intended to be used to program abstraction tools.

Changes to Technical Specifications Document “Data Submission Specifications
Utilizing HL7 QRDA Implementation Guide Based on HL7 CDA Release 2.0
version 4.1”
Global Edits:
Added references to International Classification of Diseases Tenth Revision, Clinical Modifications (ICD10 (CM))

Updated the following figures:
