SUPPLEMENTARY JUSTIFICATION SUMMARY

Since the initial information collection request, the volume of transactions requiring this collection has increased but not beyond the 10 annual transactions estimated. We are revising the title of this collection to be more clearly descriptive of the range of transactions that would be reviewed under this collection for compliance with Section 30. The new title is Public Housing Mortgage Programs and Section 30. There are several circumstances other than a mixed finance transaction that would potentially trigger this collection. For example, most recently Energy Performance Contract (EPC) transactions that provide for a security interest in energy improvements have been reviewed for approval under Section 30.
