SUBJECT: Federal Crop Insurance Program - Delivery Cost Study Survey
Dear Federal Crop Insurance Agent,
The Risk Management Agency (RMA}, a bureau of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, has contracted
with KPMG LLP (KPMG) and Campos Inc (Campos) to conduct a study among a randomly selected
group of nationwide Federal crop insurance agents and we would sincerely appreciate your input.
An important goal of the study is to better understand the costs that insurance agents incur in the process
of selling and servicing Federal crop insurance policies. The Survey will be open/available to you until
[DATE] and should take no more than 30 minutes of your time to complete.
As Campos is responsible for actually conducting the Survey, we assure you that all responses will be
kept strictly confidential and anonymous.
