AGREEMENT
Within 15 days, unless an extension of time is specifically granted, I agree to the destruction of all animals and spayed heifers which are a part of the infected herd and are identified herein. (Steers and spayed heifers may be retained for feeding purposes if approved by the Veterinarian in charge.) I understand Federal indemnity will be paid for all animals except steers and spayed heifers. Cleaning and disinfection of the premises will be completed within 15 days of removal of last eligible animals. Restocking of the premises will be delayed until at least 30 days have elapsed from the date of completion of disinfection.
