FDIC TTT evaluation form

This is the form that FDIC staff would provide to attendees at an FDIC-conducted Money Smart train-the-trainer workshop (or sent via email to those who are participating in an online train-the-trainer) to gain feedback for use in evaluating and improving the quality and effectiveness of our Money Smart train-the-trainer program. It is also used to generate an estimate of the anticipated results from the train-the-trainers (via the question about number of consumers the attendees plan to reach with Money Smart).

FYI, during 2011, we conducted about 75 train-the-trainers that reached more than 3,600 people, and plan to conduct a similar number of workshops in 2012.
