As a part of the program of collecting and disseminating information of interest to both the Dairy Industry and the General public, the United States Department of Agriculture needs information regarding prices paid to farmers for milk for fluid market use and milk for manufacture.


These data will be used only in deriving average prices for Pennsylvania. Information given for individual firms will be held in confidence. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law. However, your cooperation is important. Please return this questionnaire in the enclosed postage paid envelope.
