Thank you for your correspondence regarding the upcoming data collection effort for the National Resources Inventory (NRI) - Conservation Effects Assessment Project (CEAP) Cropland Assessment. The CEAP Content Team, including individuals from the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) met and reviewed the comments you submitted on behalf of the 39 agricultural industries and associations.
We have incorporated a number of these comments into the 2011 CEAP farmer questionnaire. We also appreciate and will incorporate your suggestions regarding the importance of enumerator training and development of publicity materials. Your input will improve the quality of data collected.
