Individuals or Households: Residential Fuelwood and Post Questionnaire

Residential Fuelwood Survey Greetings: You have been randomly selected to participate in a statewide survey that pertains to the use of firewood and wood-burning equipment. Survey information we receive is completely confidential. The data will be used to more effectively manage our state’s forests. This survey will arrive by mail in the next few weeks. We ask that you answer the first few questions even if you don’t use firewood or own a piece of wood-burning equipment. The entire form will take 10 minutes or less to complete.
