LONG ADVERTISEMENT:

SEEKING HIV+ MEN OF COLOR FOR STUDY

We are seeking men living with HIV. We need both men who take medicine for HIV and men who do not. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has teamed up with Research Support Services and Emory University to carry out the research. We want to understand why some people living with HIV get treatment and some do not. We also want to know more about what is hard and what is easy about HIV prevention, taking meds, and living with HIV.

If you are a Black, African American, Latino, or Hispanic man living with HIV we want to know what you think. The study involves a 1 hour interview which is an in-person discussion between you and an interviewer. You will be asked about your experiences and thoughts on HIV medical treatment, care and prevention. You will receive $40 as a token of appreciation. The information you share will help us learn more about treatment, care, and prevention of HIV.

Funding for this study is provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
