for the Center for Economic Progress, to assess preferences for services and programs for free taxpreparation services’ clients at asset building community-based organizations. 2) The Role of
Insurance in Asset Building and Asset Protection: focus groups in Chicago for the Federal Reserve
Bank of Chicago to assess how insurance, assets and savings function for low and moderate
income households. 3) Serving the Underbanked and Unbanked: focus groups in Chicago and
