SUBJECT: Non-Substantive Change- Revision of Form FNS-10 for OMB Docket #0584-0002

We are submitting a revised version of the form FNS-10 for Report of School Program Operations, OMB Number 0584-0002, Expiration Date 10/31/2015, to correct a typo.  In box J of page 2, the word LUNCH was replaced with BREAKFAST.

There are no changes to the burden.
