us dept of transportation handles this and investigates this fully. american taxpayers do not need cdc riding on us dot coattails and spending huge sums on doing nothing. cdc is notoriously ineffective at all things, except spending big sums to achieve nothing. this is simply an attempt by these fat cat cdc bureaucrats to try to make work for themsselves which is not needed. americans are gouged by cdc which spends and causes taxes to go up and up and up. deny this request. this is too much govt. we need less govt. we need cheaper govt. shut down this process. cut the budget to zero. this comment is for thepublic record. jean public
