The National Cancer Institute invites you to take a brief survey to share your feedback regarding existing measures of distress. You will also have the opportunity to add measures that you feel should be part of the GEM workspace. For your reference, this email also contains a document that provides a brief overview of the existing measures should you need to familiarize yourself before evaluating the measures.

The survey is estimated to take about 15 minutes to complete. Your feedback is important to us and we value your input regardless of your level of experience working with cancer patients and using instruments to measure distress. Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and information will be kept secure to the extent permitted by law.
