The previous approval for collection 2120-0597 (ICR Reference Number 201002-2120-007) included the following terms of clearance:
“Terms of Clearance: FAA should revise 2120-0001 to incorporate the burden related to this collection, since the form used is approved under 2120-0001. FAA asserts that there is no duplication or similar information collection. While FAA may be the only agency that is collecting this *specific* information, upon revision, FAA should address coordination between agencies, acknowledging any similar information being collected by other agencies, and, describe how this information is shared with other agencies. Further, this collection submission was erroneously classified as a revision. FAA should double check future submissions to ensure they are classified properly.”
These terms don’t reflect the content of the 2120-0597 collection, and appear to have been copied directly from the terms of clearance for collection 2120-0745 (ICR Reference Number 201101-2120-004). This error was reported to an acknowledged by the OMB desk officer.
