Abstract: Cities, counties, and states that have received program grants describe their recovery needs, develop action plans, and report performance on a Disastger Recovery Reporting System. HUD also uses the information for quarterly reports to Congress.

Emergency Justfication: This emergency processing is requested to ensure the Department can implement the pre-award and funding process quickly, so that gantees can initiate their recovery activiites in compliance with the shortened timeline directed by the Secretary, Recurring quarterly reporting and voucher submissions will be included as part of the revision to the existing DRGR PRA Collection- 2506-0165)
