Justification for updating the Supporting Statement for OMB 3048-0003 – EIB 84-01 Ex-Im Bank and SBA Joint Application for Working Capital Guarantee
When Ex-Im Bank submitted the original Supporting Statement in August 2012 we were unaware that we needed to report the fact that Ex-Im Bank collects an application fee for this form.
Sections 13 and 15 of the new Supporting Statement reflect the amount of fees collected by Ex-Im Bank.
